Shifting Earth and Deep of Night odds
How often each map variant appears against each Nightlord, and which Nightlord each depth of Deep of Night picks.
How this works: an expedition draws its map from the Nightlord's rows of MapPatternSet by weight (a normal weight and a Deep of Night weight per row). The DLC adds rows for the Great Hollow; with it installed we count every row of that Nightlord in one draw.
