Car Park Capital

Parking-lot payback, the exact fee drivers accept at each carbrainess, and every building's price and upkeep, from the game's own files. Early access: numbers are for the build shown.

Early access. Car Park Capital changes between patches. Every number here is for game build 25985572 (read 2026-10-19); we re-read the files when the game updates.

How this works: prices, upkeep and sizes come from the game's own scripts and scenario files. How citizens judge a price, what a car pays at the exit and how upkeep and loan interest are charged come from the game's code; we describe those rules in our own words on the methodology page. One example: at 50% average carbrainess no driver turns away from a parking rate up to $0.47 a minute.
