Take nodes on the game's own tree and see what your build costs and does at each level. The link in the address bar is your build.
How this works: the tree, each node's cost, levels and text come from the game's skill tree data, with the numbers the game puts into each description at each level. A node opens up when a link joins it to one of the twelve Sparks around the centre or to a node you already have, whichever way the link points, and every level costs the node's points: the unlock check in the Enshrouded dedicated server's code (build 25988414, which matches the game's changelist 1269579). You get 2 skill points per level after the first; extra skill points you earn in the world lower the level a build needs.
