How this works: every recipe comes from the game's recipe registry with its station, inputs, outputs and crafting time. Making a number of an item takes whole crafts (rounded up), and the leftover is shown. Inputs where the game accepts any of several items use the one you pick; a few of those count some items with a scaling factor, which is shown but not turned into an amount.
