How this works
Every effect in the game belongs to a buff group in its effect table. Two effects from the same group don't stack: the one you apply last replaces the earlier one. Flame, Grant Me Strength and Exalted Flesh share a group, for example, and so do the Golden Vow incantation and the Golden Vow Ash of War. Talismans and Physick tears belong to the general group and stack with everything. The groups are read from the game's data; which group numbers behave as exclusive follows the community's documented rule, checked against known pairs.
Percentages multiply rather than add. Effects that only trigger under a condition (low HP, full HP, after a kill, skills only) are listed but left out of the totals.
