Crafting planner

How this works: each recipe in the game's crafting table names the item it makes, the craft it belongs to (Alchemy, Smithing, Carpentry, Leatherworking, Clothcraft or Goldsmithing), its tier, the party member the item is meant for and its components with their amounts. The table has no output amount, so the planner counts one item per craft. Components that have a recipe of their own are crafted too (untick the box to buy or find them instead), and the totals are the materials left at the bottom. How you get each material comes from the game's shop lists, enemy and battle loot tables and gathering spots. Enchantments are crafted from the same table and are not in this planner yet.
